Pagination should be implemented using query path instead of query params

As an Owner I'd like the pagination to be implemented using query path so that SEO considers pages as separate ones

Justification: when google encounters pages like /antarcticle/?page=2 and /antarcticle/?page=1 it considers all of them as a single page and always redirects to /antarcticle/. That means that our content doesn't have a unique address.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The URLs should look like this: /antarcticle/arcticles/page/2
• /antarcticle should lead to the first page
