      Description

      Fields should not change size when user click on 'permanent link' or 'remove comment' buttons
      Test scenario
      Pre-condition

      1. User is logged in
      2. Article with he/she it comment opened

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Click 'permanent link'

      AR: pop-up window is shown, fields change their size
      ER: pop-up window is shown, fields do not change size

      The same happens when user clicks 'remove comment completely' button

            It's not about fields - it looks like the position of elements change. Makes sense fixing it, but we can go to first release with such bug.

            It's not about the position change. Modal dialog removes browser window scroll bar, so viewport area becomes larger. I've added a couple of styles to prevent this from happening. Browser cache cleanup may be necessary to see the difference.
