When tag is entered and user clicks anywhere else on the page, tag field is not cleared

When tag is entered and user clicks anywhere else on the page, tag field is not cleared

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter some tag in tag field, for example 123
2. Click "Enter" or select this tag in autocomplete list (tag field is cleared on this step)
3. Make a click outside of the tag field, for example on the header

Actual result: The entered tag is still in the tag field
Expected result: Tag field should be clear now
