After unselecting a tag autocomplete list is displayed when user clicks on the tag field

      Description

      If user selects a tag or several tags and unselects one or all of them, when he clicks on the tag field, the autocomplete list is displayed as if he has written the first removed tag in the tag field.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Enter some existing tag in tag field, for example 12345678901, and select it.
      2. Remove this tag.
      3. Click on the tag field.

      Actual result: autocomplete list is displayed with results for the removed tag.
      Expected result: autocomplete list is not displayed.
