      Description

      As a user, I want to create article with new tag. But I'm confused, if it don't create when I save it.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Press "Create article" button
      2. Enter something in "Article title" and "Article content" fields
      3. Enter new tag in "Tags" field (do not press anything!)
      4. Press "Create article" button

      AR: New tag is not created
      ER: New tag is created
