Author of Article should receive notification about new Article Translation

As a author I'd like to know if somebody translates my article, so I can take a look and be proud of my ideas.
So, when somebody creates translation for my article, I should get notification (in the same manner as for comments)

Usecase:
0. Create 2 Users with RW grants for creating Article

1. Login into Antarticle as user1
2. Click [Create Article] button
3. Check ""Choose language"" combo box, Fill required fields
4. Click [Create article] button
5. Login as User2
6. Click [Translate] button on article created in step4
7. Fill required fields
8. Select "English" language
9. Click [Create article] button

ER: User1 of Article should receive notification about new Article Translation
