Setting log file path by JNDI

Now there is only one way to set config path for logging in antarcticle using java system property. More information here https://www.playframework.com/documentation/2.3.x/SettingsLogger

It would be more useful and comfortable to provide log path using JNDI property, e.g. ANTARCTICLE_LOG_FILE

If JNDI property is absent all log messages are written only to console
