      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open any article
      2. Post a HUGE comment (for ex.: >65000 characters)
      (use for ex. lorem ipsum for generating)

      Actual result: comment posts
      Expected result: Error "text should not exceed 3000 characters" is shown
