Reduce the amount of posts on page

It takes pretty long time to open the pages and one of ways to reduce the latency is to decrease the amount of posts/topics on the page. Since user can choose how many posts she wants to see, we need to reduce the default value as for now.
This task should be done after performance tests are written for this kind of pages.
