When user is being logging in it takes like 2 secs minimum to get the first page loaded. Need to reduce this to less than a sec.

Well, the app is broken unless migration is corrected, right? I'd say that the scope of the task is 'it can be demonstrated'. But since the app is broken, it can't be demonstrated.

Main page is loaded about 330 ms; it is little bit longer than javatalks.ru (264) but acceptable.
