Subscribe on posting an answer

As a helpful user, when I post an answer to a topic, I'd like to be automatically susbcribed to the topic so that I don't stop watching an interesting topic just because I forgot to subscribe to it
As an admin I'd like users to be automatically subscribed when they post something to the topic so that people return to the forum more often
