User can't correctly sign in

Pre-conditions
At least one registered user.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to sign in

ACTUAL RESULT: You see error message 'Your login attempt was not successful, try again.'

EXPECTED RESULT: User should be logged

Note, that after 'Sign in' dialog window was closed, user isn't logged. But when I am changing language or clicking on a branch, user is logged already.
