As an admin I'd like to be able to configure Google Analytic facilities so that I can gather statistics about the visitors
Acceptance Criteria:
- We need a separate link Configuration near Profile link
- Only users with ADMIN permissions can see the link
- Configuration link leads to configuration page which is available only to those people who can see the link.
- At that page we need to have a string field Google Analytic ID. If the field is not empty, respective JS code should be added to every forum page to get in touch with google services.
- If the ID is empty, then Google Analytic is considered as disabled and its code shouldn't be present on pages.
