User can edit his own posts whithout permission EDIT_OWN_POSTS

      Description

      Pre-conditions:
      User has permission EDIT_OTHERS_POSTS and doesn't have EDIT_OWN_POSTS(or even restricted from EDIT_OWN_POSTS)

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. User leave a comment in a topic
      2. User edit his comment

      Actual result: Comment was edited

      Expected result: User can't edit his own comment and button 'Edit' isn't available for him.
