      Description

      Pre-conditions:
      User has permission MOVE_TOPICS via poulpe.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Log in
      2. Go to a topic
      3. Press "Move" button

      Actual result: Nothing happened.

      Expected result: Move topic dialog appears
