Tooltip "Link to this post" is located incorrectly

      Description

      Preconditions:
      User should not be logged in

      Steps to reproduce:
      Go to any topic/code review/poll, move the cursor to "Link to this post" button (upper right corner of the post)

      Actual result: the tooltip covers the button, so that the user can't press the button (please, see attachment Inconvenient tooltip_Opera) - only reproduces for Opera and MF
      Expected result: the tooltip should be shown in a convenient place as it is in Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m. (please, see attachment Convenient tooltip_Chrome)
