Error 404 on attempt to change localization after editing profile with invalid First Name

Preconditions:
User should have Edit_Own_Profile personal permissions

1. Sing in
2. Open User Profile page
3. Press Edit Profile button
4. Edit first name field with name that consist more than 45 characters
5. Change localization

Actual result: Error 404 is shown.

Expected result: The Profile page translated on chosen language
