Steps to reproduce:
1. select Ukrainian in the top right corner of the jcommune home page;
2. click "Реєстрація" button in the top right corner of the jcommune home page;
3. fill in the registration form with correct data, enter captha-text equil to the captha-picture and click "Реєстрація".
AR: Message, that confirm letter was sent to the mentioned email adress, appears, but there is no activation mail in specified mailbox
ER: Confirm letter arrives to the email adress.
