Wrong tooltips on buttons in BB-code editor

SCENARIO #1

User logged in and has permissions to post answers in Topic1. Language is Ukrainian.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Topic1 and press button "Answer"
2. Bring cursor to button "Align left"

Actual result
Tooltip is "Вирівняти по ліваму краю"

Expected result
Tooltip should be "Вирівняти по лівому краю"
