      Description

      We need to add tooltip to introduce setting "Auto subscribe" in profile.
      Message in tooltip:
      EN: If checked, you'll be automatically subscribed to the topics you create and to the topics you leave posts in.
      RU: Если включено, Вы будете автоматически подписываться на темы которые создаете, а также на те темы, в которых оставляете сообщения.
      UK: Якщо ввімкнено, Ви будете автоматично підписуватись на теми що створюєте, а також на ті теми, в яких лишаєте повідомлення.

      Note, that even if admin edits other user profile, she'll still see "you" in the hints. That's an acceptable flaw.
