Plugin overview page and plugin configuration page

Plugin overview page:
Page with plugin list should be developed as described in a parent story. Data for plugins should be taken from plugin discovery engine.
There should be a possibility to activate/deactivate plugins, and persist that state into a database. Please also create controller and service classes to support that. DAO/Model classes are out of scope of this task.

Plugin configuration page:
Flexible abstract page should be created to edit any number of typed properties for a particular plugin. Based on available types it should provide different kind of data controls. Please also implement controller & service classes to support that feature. Dao and Model classes are out of scope of this task.
