Tag <title> in html page code is empty, so page named "http://uat.jtalks.org/jcommune/plugins/list" (see browser tab name)

Expected result
Tag <title> and page title should be "Plugins"

Tag <title> in html page code is empty, so page named "http://uat.jtalks.org/jcommune/plugins/configure/Poulpe%20Auth%20Plugin"(see browser tab name)

Expected result
Tag <title> and page title should be "Poulpe Auth Plugin"
