Create CI build

We need to create a bamboo build that will grab last updates from the dev branch of git repo and run tests. We need next schedule:

• run unit tests each after each commit
• run all tests (including integration) nightly, after which the artifacts should be deployed to the Nexus (this is should be done by Maven of course)
