RSS for sections

      Description

      As a reader I'd like to have per-section RSS if I'm interested in news for the whole section.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • RSS icons should be the same as main page and branches. Icon should be situated above topic list on the right side.
      • User opens rss feed by clicking on icon.
      • When user opens rss feed first time - she receives last 15 messages.
      • User shouldn't receive deleted / unavailable themes (unavailable topics are moved, or user have no view permission, etc.).
      • RSS should be autodiscovered by browsers.
