      Description

      As an admin, I want to be able to see all branches in Admin Mode, including branches that I create just now.
      (Permission VIEW_TOPICS should be set up by default for new created branches for Registered Users group)

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Given I'm in admin mode and I'm in Registered Users group at Poulpe, I can see all branches
      • Given I'm in admin mode, I can see new created branch
