      Description

      Precondition:
      1) User is logged off
      2) The language is Russian

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open forum page and click "Регистрация"
      2. Enter existing login, i.e. "Keiran" and press "Регистрация" button

      Actually result: Error message: "Пользователь с таким именем пользователя уже существует" appears

      Expected result: Error message: "Пользователь с таким именем уже существует" appears
