Edit Branch Permissions

As an Owner I'd like to be able to manage permissions for the branches
Should be similar to what Poulpe already can.

Acceptance criteria

• Clicking on "Edit" button on a branch permissions leads to opening an Edit Group Permission modal dialog
• User can select several groups by clicking on checkboxes near group names and click on > (<) button to move group from one list to another
• ">>" (<<) button move all group to another list (independently of selection)
• Added groups should be shown in the beginning of the list and they should be highlighted
• Clicking on Save button leads to saving changed data and closing modal dialog. Changed data should be represented on branch permission page
• If group was added to allowed part and then it was added into restricted, it should be removed from allowed and vice versa (if it was in restricted and added to allowed, it should be removed from restricted)
• Dialog can be closed without changes by clicking Esc / X in the upper right corner / Cancel button / clicking outside the dialog

We have Anonymous group, it is available in the list just for View Branch permission.
