View counter is incremented incorrectly while editing first topic's post

Pre-Condition:
User has rights to create topics & edit his posts.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in and go to the branch, where you are allowed to create topics.
2. Create new topic (add a message and click "save").
3. Click "edit" on your post.
4. Click "save".

AR: after 2. counter is "1", 3. counter is "2", 4. counter is "4".
ER: after 2. counter is "1", 3. counter is "1", 4. counter is "2".
