            Build: JCommune 2.10.2452.e6cee49
            Test result: passed

            Preconditions: make sure that there is any existing empty section in 'Admin panel' -> Components -> Components -> JCommune. If not, create one for test. Also, make sure the user is in 'Administrators' group to have admin mode available.

            Checklist:

            01 Empty sections are invisible in forum sections list in user mode Passed
            02 Empty sections are visible in forum sections list in admin mode Passed

            Maksim Reshetov, this issue is for JC, but there is no possibility to create a section here. Should we create it in Poulpe and then test in JC?
