      Description

      Precondition:
      1. You should have send private message permission

      Step to reproduce

      1. In top menu choose Messages -> Compose
      2. Enter valid data in all fields
      3. Click Ctrl+Enter

      AR: nothing happends
      ER: Ctrl+Enter should send form
