      Description

      Problems with tooltips in Question&Answer UI:

      1. "Delete question" and "Delete answer" pop-up windows and "Delete question" and "Delete answer" tooltips are overlapping. Screenshot
      2. When tooltip is shown and screen position is changed from portrait to landscape mode (or vice versa), tooltip remains not linked to the appropriate button and shown aside. Valid for Subscribe, Move, Username buttons. Screenshot
      3. Tooltip font style in portrait and landscape versions differs a little.
