Error 400 when trying to change language on Sections page.

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Log in to JCommune Forum if you've been logged out.
      2. Go to any branch you have permission to view.
      3. Click on "Forum" link on the breadcrumbs.
      4. Click on Language icon and select language different from your current one.

      Actual results: You are redirected to Error 400 page.
      Expected results: Forum language is changed to the one selected on step #4.

      Bug is reproduced both for logged in and logged out users.
