Error 404 is shown in Q&A after clicking on the URL link in Preview mode

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Branch in Forum and select "Ask Question" from drop-down menu of "Topic"
      2. Click on the bb-code button "Insert link"
      3. Type valid url of any "Page" (for example: http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/) into the field "URL link" and click on the button "OK"
      4. Click on the button "Preview" button and click on the url link in preview window

      Acutal result: 404 error page appears
      Expexted result: "Page" is opened
