User unable to login with password, supplied by Password recovery via email

Preconditions:
1. Create a user with Russian language in Profile, username = "userrusian" and logout
2. Click on 'Sign in' -> 'Forgot password? '
4. Enter email specified on registering
5. Click on 'Send' button
Steps:
1. Go to email
ER: User should receive a letter with text
"Привет, userrusian!
Забыли пароль от аккаунта на JTalks? Не страшно, мы сгенерировали новый.
Ваш новый пароль: %NEW_PASSWORD%
