External link can be created without filling the "URL link" field

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Enable administration mode
      3. Open "External link" editor and click on Add button
      4. Input valid data in Title field
      5. URL field leave empty (or click [Space])
      6. Click Add button

      AR: External link was created.
      ER: Error message under the "URL link" field - "URL can't be empty"
