Possibility to add more than 50 comments via Fiddler

Preconditions
Sign in with a user;
Get the branch with CREATE_QUESTIONS, CREATE_POSTS permission;
Create new Q/A topic in that branch.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Start fiddler (link) and grab the request of creating comment for the Q&A topic.
2. Create more than 50 comments (e.g. 60 comments) via fiddler request (you can set number of request by hitting SHIFT+R on the selected Web Session)

AR Requested number of comments are created.
ER 50 comments are created.
