Preconditions:
User should be logged out.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open forum main page (http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/).
- Switch to English language (by choosing appropriate flag in top right corner).
- Click on 'Sign Up' link.
AR: Nothing happened after clicking link.
ER: Registration pop-up window with empty fields appears.
