Preconditions:
- You should have created Q/A topic
- Assign VIEW_TOPIC premission to anonymous user group
- write more than 3 comment to your question
Steps to reproduce:
- open your Q/A topic as anonymous
- press "Show all comments" button
AR: Nothing happened
ER: All comment should be shown. Button label changes to "Hide"
