Generate map files for compressed versions of JS

As a Dev I'd like to be able to see uncompressed versions of JS so that I could understand what's happening in Browser Dev Tools

Acceptance Criteria:

• Map files are generated when JS compression happens - preferably with the same wro4j tool (if possible)
• When opening Dev Tools in Browser we should be able to see uncompressed JS (Dev Tools should find them automatically).
