      Description

      Preconditions
      User should have Admin permissions
      There is 'TestAct' user group
      Steps to reproduce
      1. Go to forum -> Administration -> Users and search for any existed user
      2. Open usergroups list
      3. Type in part of the group name without the first letter (eg.: 'Act')
      Actual result
      Error message 'No matches found for 'Act' is shown. Impossible to search by any part of the name, only with the first letter
      Expected result
      Possible to search by any part of the name, not only with the first letter
