Add hotkey for "Code" bb-code

      As a user of developer forum I frequently post code, so I want to do it faster, using hotkey for bb-code "Code" (for ex. ctrl+a , ctrl+k)

            ctrl+a - used for select all
            ctrl+k - used for link insert (forum feature)

            I'll use ctrl+e, looks like its unused

            So back to this discussion.. I think this should be the mapping:

            • ctrl+k - code
            • ctrl+l - link
            • ctrl+u - (unordered) list. This one is arguable, so if there are suggestions.. On the other hand - this is the least used, so it's not as important to be logical.

            What about current ctrl+u (underlined) binding?

            Suggestion..
            ctrl + K - code
            ctrl + H - link ('H'yperlink)

            I think people got used to ctrl+l on other sites for the links..

            Yeah, but I don't think they really use ctrl+L often.. I think most people use buttons.
