      Description

      User information in profile should be divided into two categories: public and private. Public one should contain overall info like username or avatar. Private section should contain secret or ambigious information, hidden from other userd like e-mail or page size.
      Public data: all the "names",
      Private data: e-mail, language, page size

      Public information is visible for all.
      Private information is visible for the owner user only.
