As admin i want to be able to ban users
- When admin opens user profile there is "Ban" button near "Post list"
- After pressing it confirmation popup with message "Are you sure you want to ban user "Username"?", checkbox "Delete messages for last 24 hours", "OK" and "Cancel" buttons is shown.
- If admin presses "OK" (checkbox is checked) user is moved to "Banned users" group, all her messages for last 24 hours is removed.
- If admin presses "OK" (checkbox is not checked) user is moved to "Banned users" group.
- If admin presses "Cancel" popup is closed and nothing is happens.
