JSTL tag lib 'jtalks'

Please, correct the namespace to depict the intention, we don't want to have all our custom namespaces under 'jtalks' name, we need several ones that describe what tags are inside. E.g. 'jtalks:pagination' could be in 'pagination:pagination', 'jtalks:format' could be in 'formatters:format' or something like that.
