Message size validation works incorrectly if the only content of the message is BB-code

      Description

      1. Choose any topic, press "Answer" button
      2. Only press any BB-code button (for example,[b][/b])
      3. Press "Answer" button
      As a result, the empty message has been posted.
      Expected behaviour - error message "size must be between 5 and 20000".
