Clear TO when quoting PM from yourself

Try this:
1. Create any PM and send it
2. Go to OUTBOX and open PM you've send
3. Click QUOTE or REPLY
4. Create PM page appears

You'll see field TO filled by your username.

It's need to leave this field blank due to not allowed to send PM to yourself.
