      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to the Private Messages
      2. Press New Message and enter some information.
      3. Take a look at your time on your PC
      4. Send the message and pay your attention to the Date column.
      • Actual Result: the difference between your time on your PC and the one that is displayed at the form is about 11-12 minutes.
      • Expected result: the same time as it's on your machine at the moment of message creation.
