      Description

      Create new topic with body of 20000 symbols.

      AR: You will got error: Post length should be between 2 and 20000
      Topic with 19999 is correctly added.

      ER: Topic correctly created

      Same error for topic with 2 symbols: you getting error with 2 symbols, but its ok with 3.
