Unread messages are shown after relogin in Recent activities page

      Description

      1. login as User1, with several topics in Recent Activities page, some of them should be unread.
      2. Logout and login again

      As a result, [New] messages are still shown on the Recent Activities page
      Expected, that page should be empty in this case
