Impossible to open user profile on clicking on username with "/" symbol

How to reproduce:

1. Sign up user with "/" in the username (Test/test for ex)
2. Activate it, login and create a topic (or post)
3. Sign in as another user and click on username with "/" in topic info

As a result error message is shown instead of Profile page

Not Found

The requested URL /jcommune/users/julia /Julik/ atlygina was not found on this server.

Note, that if you login as a user with "/" sign and click on your username in topic info, error message is shown also. "Profile" link was corrected via JC-545
